**HALLOWEEN THRILLS**

Known as the Halloween Vacation Capital, Orlando is a hub of spine-tingling excitement and spooktacular events at its theme parks. The Halloween festivities cater to everyone, offering fright-inducing thrills for adults and teenagers in the form of world-class haunted houses, as well as family-friendly chills that everyone can enjoy.

– **Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party** at Walt Disney World Resort (select nights, now through Nov. 1) brings back frightful fun at Magic Kingdom Park. This family-friendly, all-ages event includes eerie entertainment like the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular! at Cinderella Castle, Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, Disney Junior Jam for young attendees, Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade, the Trick-or-Treat Trail, Disney Characters in costumes, and over 20 favorite attractions with a Halloween twist. Guests are encouraged to wear costumes, with some restrictions.

– **Universal Orlando Resort’s Halloween Horror Nights** at Universal Studios Florida (Sept. 1 – Nov. 4) returns for 48 nights of terror, featuring 10 new, movie-quality haunted houses, five scare zones with creatures lurking in the shadows, and two live shows, including new attractions like Stranger Things 4 and The Last of Us houses.

– **SeaWorld Orlando** presents two Halloween-themed events: **Howl-O-Scream** (select nights, Sept. 8 – Oct. 31), offering 24 nights of fully immersive fear, featuring haunted houses, scare zones, nighttime coaster rides, an interactive bar, and electrifying live shows; and **SeaWorld Spooktacular** (weekends, Sept. 16 – Oct. 29), a family-friendly daytime event with trick-or-treating and colorful Halloween characters for young visitors.

– **Brick or Treat Presents Monster Party** at LEGOLAND Florida Resort (weekends, Sept. 16 – Oct. 29) is a family Halloween celebration featuring candy, exclusive LEGO characters, new show lineup, and cinematic experiences.

**FOODIE EVENTS**

Orlando’s appeal goes beyond thrilling attractions, extending to its culinary scene with a variety of savory options and delectable treats.

– **Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining** (Aug. 18 – Oct. 1) is celebrating its 18th year, offering prix-fixe menus at over 130 restaurants for either $40 or $60. The program introduces 22 new restaurants this year and features eight restaurants recognized by the MICHELIN Guide.

– **SeaWorld Orlando’s Craft Beer Festival** (now through Sept. 4) features more than 100 craft brews, wines, seltzers, and cocktails, along with nightly fireworks during Ignite.

– **EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival** presented by CORKCICLE (now through Nov. 18) offers global flavors at over 25 Marketplaces, with live entertainment, family activities, and special menu options.

– **Central Florida Veg Fest**, presented by Vegetarians of Central Florida (Oct. 28), is a family- and dog-friendly vegan event featuring diverse vegan cuisines and lifestyles, along with educational exhibits and activities.

– **The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic** (Nov. 10-11) is a street party festival with unlimited food and beverage tastings from the hotel’s restaurants and global wines.

**FALL FESTIVALS AND EVENTS**

Orlando’s vibrant arts and music scene takes center stage with a range of lively celebrations.

– **Come Out With Pride Orlando** (Oct. 21) returns for its 19th year at Lake Eola Park, featuring live entertainment, a colorful parade, and a fireworks finale.

– **Festival Calle Orange** (Oct. 27) is Central Florida’s largest Latino event, showcasing Hispanic culture through music, art, food, and drinks.

– **Fall Fiesta in the Park** (Nov. 4-5) celebrates the season at Lake Eola Park with artist and crafter booths, food vendors, entertainment, and a kid’s zone.

– **The Electric Daisy Carnival** (Nov. 10-12) returns to Orlando with dance music acts, carnival rides, and art.
