Launched in 2021, Flying Sauces has redefined the dining experience by introducing the world’s first fine-dining zipline adventure. Suspended 40 feet above the ground, an open treetop kitchen awaits daring diners. Securely harnessed, guests embark on a thrilling 650-foot zipline journey, landing on an elevated dining platform that presents panoramic vistas of the island’s verdant greens and the sparkling turquoise ocean. Against this breathtaking backdrop, patrons will indulge in Chef Tim’s meticulously crafted tasting menu for Flying Sauces. The menu, a fusion of Asian influences, German interpretations, and Maldivian ingredients, will tantalize taste buds. Notably, the use of freshly harvested organic vegetables and herbs from Soneva Fushi’s on-property gardens will infuse each dish with an unrivaled freshness. Coconut… The Soneva Fushi Island Taste: A harmonious blend of creamy coconut, palm heart salad, apple and cucumber, all united by elderflower dressing, jalapeno chili, and blue pea blossom.
Job Fish… The Maldivian Sea: Cured and steamed job fish, bathed in a shoyu soy sauce broth, accompanied by citrus marmalade, ginger, leek julienne, and clarified butter.
